PRICING & POLICIES
Important Note: I am available for live chat, but it MUST be scheduled in advance. I live in the Eastern time zone, so it will be scheduled accordingly. Please plan accordingly when scheduling with me! Also, if you cannot make it to our chat, PLEASE email and let me know so that I can schedule another client and reschedule you. If you do NOT email me and do not show up for our scheduled chat, you will be rescheduled. If you are going to be late, please let me know. I will wait until 15 minutes after the hour for you. If you do not show, you will be rescheduled and the next client will be bumped up an hour. Thanks for understanding!
PRICING: Basic Design Work Prices, additional hourly rates can apply if projects go longer than original proposed time due to minor tweaks. So please keep this in mind and also send tweaks in groups, not multiple emails. Checking several emails, is also very time consuming. Prices are negotiable if the situation is appropriate, but these are usually what is charged unless other plans are made.

Additional Designs: I can design almost anything, so please inquire about additional services and pricing.
Due to Demand in Service: ALL orders are completed in the order I receive them. If you have a rush project and we set up due date, DO NOT expect to be able to go past that due date with tweaking.
PRINTING: If we are working together on a print project, the client is responsible for having it printed and finding a printer. I will provide the correct files needed for print, but due the fact that I have not used the printer you may be selecting, I am not comfortable for being held responsible for their outcome.
RUSH DESIGN: is for Logo Design ONLY. Cannot be applied to Marketing Packages or Splash, Business Card or Blog Design. If you do need specialty work quicker, feel free to email and we will work out an hourly rate for design.
PAYMENT: 50% of Invoice is due upfront and the other 50% + any additional hourly rates added due to tweaks will be due BEFORE final/non-watermarked files are sent to you. PayPal is the ONLY payment method accepted.

All designs are created/designed by me personally.
When writing to me, we must get ALL details out up front before the proposal is made, this is to ensure we are both on the same page and that I am giving you the most accurate price possible.
For logo design, you will get 3 proofs. From there, you will narrow it down to 1 design. You then will receive up to 3 edits of the chosen design before additional pricing is added.
Additional edits/concepts will be $20/hr.
DESIGN POLICIES
PRE-MADE DESIGNS: Pre-made Designs can allow the following changes: Business Name & Color. That’s it. No font changes, no reorganization. What you see is what you get.
STOCK PHOTO REQUIREMENTS: I do not use stock art in my designs unless it is photography or you REALLY want something specific you found. If you are positive you want a stock vector design included in your logo, you are required to purchase the license & image from the site where you found the image (shutterstock, istock, etc.). I will not tweak or change the vector image, as most licenses do not allow it. I suggest you also contact the artist and triple check to make sure it is allowed to be used in logo design (most are not). Once you get permission from the artist, please forward me the email stating that it is allowed to be used. There will be no acceptions made to these rules.
If you choose to use a Stock Photo in your design, you must send me:
• Proof of Purchase
• Licensing
• Email from Owner/Designer giving OTSS permission to use said design
No Exceptions.
FREE FONTS: I do not use free fonts. Due to licensing, I will only use commercial use fonts. If you have a free font that you *MUST* have, you need to contact the font designer, ask permission, and then forward the email to me. Be sure to let them know you are hiring a designer to create your logo. Sometimes, this makes a difference.
RUSH ORDERS: Rush option cannot be added to design work once it has been purchased. If you need your logo within a certain time frame, please order Rush services up front. I need to know when I am working RUSH projects in to my schedule to be able to schedule other projects accordingly.
Rush orders also are based on start time policy.
All 24-hour rush orders will be started within 1 day of ending our completed conversation.. Meaning, once all details are in my possession and 50% of Payment is received, I will then start. Keep in mind, the other 50% of payment WILL be due before final files are released, just like other projects.
All 48-hour rush orders will be started within 2 days of ending our completed conversation.. Meaning, once all details are in my possession and 50% of Payment is received, I will then start. Keep in mind, the other 50% of payment WILL be due before final files are released, just like other projects.
These times are to only guarantee start time of your design. I cannot guarantee your logo/design to be complete within the time frames simply because I cannot predict how many changes we will have.
**All orders placed on Thursday or after, will be started on Monday.
REVISIONS AFTER COMPLETION: If you wish to have a design edited after you have received your final design files, it will be treated as a new design, but you will be eligible for a certain Percent discount depending on what type of project it is, since you have worked with me previously.
TIME FRAMES: Time frame for design work varies. It depends on the quantity of orders I have going at the time. If you purchased a rush order, I will begin work within 72 hours of the order. If you did not purchase a rush order, your design will be started in order of which it was received. I will email you to discuss the project, but it is not unlikely that it could be up to 2 weeks before I contact you to begin. Please be patient, we will be in contact discussing details withing 48 hours of you emailing me.
